The Khmer like things colorful, very colorful. In the evening the place is flooded with balloon sellers, food sellers, photographers that will take your picture and return the prints to you in half an hour. A busy and bustling place, but there's always time for a nap..People visit the small stupa on the Riverside to make offerings to Buddha and release birds for luck. It is a place I visit often as there is so much going on and some good pics to be had.
